I sent home the permission slip for our NASA Ames field trip which is scheduled for Friday, October 28.  If you would like to drive for this trip, please send in the half sheet attached to the permission slip along with a photo copy of your insurance and drivers license.  I need all of these papers in order to put you on the list of chaperones.  NASA will only allow 9 parent chaperones, so please turn in your information as soon as possible.  Thank you!
